These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Justido websites (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our paid services are governed by separate agreements — the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — and not by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Justido Solutions through two affiliated entities: Justido GmbH (Berlin, Germany) is the operator for visitors located in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the wider DACH region. Justido LLC (Delaware, USA) is the operator for visitors located in the United States. Provider details are in our Impressum.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You must not: (a) use the Site in violation of any law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as permitted by our robots file; (d) attempt to reverse engineer any demo or component; or (e) misrepresent your affiliation with any person.
3. Accounts
Where the Site offers an account or portal, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the "Justido" name, the JiD Solutions logo, and other trademarks — are owned by Justido or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. No other rights are granted.
5. Demonstrations and AI Output
Any demonstration or AI-generated output shown on the Site is illustrative only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and does not constitute professional advice or a commitment as to the performance of the Services.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and links do not imply endorsement.
7. The Services
Information about the Services on the Site is provided for general information. Provision of the Services is subject to the MSA and DPA. Nothing on the Site is an offer, warranty, or guarantee of any particular result.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justido disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justido is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Site. Except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including mandatory German law where Justido GmbH operates the Site), Justido's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site, regardless of the theory of liability (including contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Justido in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100) for U.S. visitors / one hundred euros (EUR 100) for EEA, UK, or Swiss visitors.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version date appears below the title. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your contractual counterparty for these Site Terms depends on your location. Visitors located in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the wider DACH region access the Site under the operation of Justido GmbH (Berlin, Germany); for these visitors, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), and the exclusive place of jurisdiction — to the extent legally permissible — is Berlin. Visitors located in the United States access the Site under the operation of Justido LLC (Delaware, USA); for these visitors, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the visitor's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
