Annual prepay

Pay annually and get two months free on your monthly fee (~17% savings). Setup is billed upfront at sign-up. Ask your account manager at booking. Enterprise terms are agreed during contract scoping.

EUR pricing is independently set per market positioning — switch to DE for current EUR values. Scale is per-location: a 2-location operator on Scale (2–3 band) pays $3,000 × 2 = $6,000 per-location setup + $5,000 platform setup = $11,000 one-time, then $1,997 × 2 = $3,994/month with 2,000 included calls total.

Common questions

What counts as a "call"?

Any inbound call the AI answers and handles, regardless of length or outcome. Calls that are hung up in under 10 seconds (wrong numbers, dropped calls) are not counted.

What happens if I go over my call limit?

You pay the per-tier overage rate listed on the card — Starter $0.49/call, Growth $0.39/call, Scale $0.29/call. Billed at the end of the month. No service interruption, no surprise upgrade. If your overage runs higher than the next tier's monthly fee, your account manager flags it so you can decide whether to upgrade.

What does setup include?

Voice buildout, brand and script calibration, CRM integration, number porting or provisioning, staff handoff training, and a go-live dress rehearsal. Scale also includes cross-location routing, HQ + per-location reporting dashboards, role-based access, and scoped engineering for your stack — that's what the one-time platform setup covers.

What if I don't have a CRM yet?

Every Justido service tier includes integration with your existing CRM — most major CRMs and field-service platforms — at no upcharge. If you don't have one (or you're unhappy with what you have and want to switch), our white-labeled platform is available as an optional add-on at onboarding: +$197/mo (Starter), +$297/mo (Growth), +$197/loc/mo (Scale), custom (Enterprise). One-time setup applies and is quoted at the discovery call. Same enterprise CRM stack we run on internally, set up in your brand.

How long until we go live?

It depends on the tier. Starter goes live in about a week, Growth in roughly two, and Scale (multi-location) is scoped at discovery and typically lands at four to six weeks. Enterprise is a 60- to 90-day window scoped at contract. Every timeline assumes you're responsive on access and information — and SMS-heavy launches add 10–15 business days for A2P 10DLC carrier review on the US side.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice. Annual prepay is a 12-month commitment in exchange for the discount. Enterprise terms include a custom SLA and are agreed during contract scoping.
