Data Processing Addendum
Last updated: May 2026
If your use of Justido Solutions involves processing personal data of end users — your prospects, callers, and customers — you are the data controller and we act as your processor. A Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") formalizes that relationship under GDPR Art. 28 and equivalent laws.
When you need one
- You operate or sell into the EU, UK, or DACH region and process personal data of EU data subjects.
- Your own contracts with customers require you to bind your sub-processors (us) to a written DPA.
- Your internal compliance, procurement, or security review requires a signed DPA on file.
One template, two entities
Justido contracts through two affiliated legal entities. Rather than maintain two separate DPAs, we publish a single template that binds whichever entity matches your engagement. Annex I, Part A of the template contains a tick-box selecting the executing entity. The default rule:
Either entity may, by mutual agreement, act as processor for any client.
Justido DPA Template
Includes the body of the DPA, Annexes I–IV (description of processing, technical and organisational measures, sub-processor list, transfer mechanisms), and the 2021 EU Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated by reference. Drafted in English.
Use the DOCX to fill in Annex I on screen; the PDF is for preview, print-and-sign, or e-signature workflows.
Countersigning
- Download the template.
- In Annex I, Part A, tick the executing Justido entity (GmbH or LLC) that matches your engagement.
- Fill in your own entity details (name, address, registration number, privacy contact).
- Sign and email the completed document to office@justidosolutions.com.
- A countersigned, fully executed copy is returned within one business day.
